Thrive Fitness & Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art fitness center with a bit of something for every resident. We provide personal training to help you reach your fitness goals, whether you want to maintain your current state of wellness or if you’re looking to improve your range of motion or strength. Group class options including yoga and Tai Chi are also available, and you make progress at your own pace with no pressure and no aggressive agendas. Members can even utilize wearable fitness trackers to chart their progress.
Build a consistent workout routine — you can do it, and we can help. Go at your own pace with a customizable workout to get your legs moving and heart pumping on one of our elliptical machines or treadmills, or stay stronger for longer with some strength training on our weight machines. All at your own pace, with a fitness routine designed just for you.
