Arizona is where it all began for Watermark and is the home of our Tucson headquarters. There are nine Watermark communities in the state: five in the metro Tucson area and one each in Bullhead City, Kingman, Gilbert, and Casa Grande.
Nestled along the Colorado River in northwestern Arizona, Bullhead City is home to Joshua Springs Senior Living.

Midway between Phoenix and Tucson in southern Arizona, Casa Grande is home to Caliche Senior Living.

Once a farming community, Gilbert has since grown to become a vibrant city in the Phoenix metro area and home to The Watermark at Morrison Ranch.

Known as “The Heart of Historic Route 66,” Kingman is a dynamic community known for its museums and arts and cultural venues. It’s the home of White Cliffs Senior Living.

Tucked along the western edge of the Santa Catalina Mountains on the north side of Tucson, Oro Valley is the home of The Watermark at Oro Valley.

Home to the University of Arizona and the first American city to be designated a UNESCO “City of Gastronomy,” Tucson is the site of our company headquarters and home to The Watermark at Continental Ranch, The Fountains at La Cholla, The Hacienda at the Canyon, and The Hacienda at the River.

For over a century Beverly Hills has been the home of film stars, directors, and movie moguls, with a well-earned celebrity mystique. Beverly Hills is home to The Watermark at Beverly Hills.

In a perfect setting above ocean beaches, Corona del Mar lives up to its name, Crown of the Sea. Corona del Mar is home to Crown Cove.

Around the Orange County treasure of Dana Point discover picture-perfect marinas, eclectic boutiques, and some of the finest beach walks in the state. Dana Point is home to The Fountains at Sea Bluff.

Spectacular year-round weather, a laid-back vibe, and gorgeous beaches, Oceanside is situated between San Diego and Los Angeles, making it easy to visit many attractions across Southern California. Oceanside is home to The Hacienda Mission San Luis Rey.

Located in the center of the Coachella Valley, Palm Desert features hiking trails, golf, boutiques, and a sumptuous farmers market. Palm Desert is home to The Fountains at the Carlotta.

Sixty miles east of Los Angeles, Riverside started California’s citrus industry with the sweet navel orange. Riverside is home to Raincross at Riverside.

Although 12 miles southeast of Los Angeles, Whittier maintains a small-town vibe with a warm, inviting community. Whittier is home to Whittier Place.
